A very Memorable Meal! Hamburgers fit for Royalty

I ordered the Kobe burger with truffle mayo. I felt like a princess eating this hamburger. I almost broke out the fork and knife as it just seemed wrong to eat with my hands. And then for dessert...another hamburger! This time it was a chocolate hamburger with a cake bun and sweet pineapple "fries" - it was so much fun!! There were other more "elegant" items on the menu as well. Including a suberb scallop appetizer.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Cut on a recent date night. This is a high end restaurant and quality of service and food demonstrates this. Wine was spectacular - the knowledgeable and attetive wait staff were out of this world. I would suggest that anyone looking for a great night out should try Cut.

While the location and ambience are excellent, the food is just ok and overpriced, for an a la carte menu. The steak was cooked properly but I would stick with a simple baked potato to go with the meal.The service is upper end and the wine list decent but again, overpriced. I am not recommending The Cut to our visitors.
